I have built circa 230 CBGs. About 5 years ago I settled on the 750 Holla pick up which is a no fuss, great sound PU, at a good price. With volume and tone pots plus amp setting, and placing them in either the neck or bridge position they produce a decent range of tones.
I have recently started putting a 750 close to the bridge and another close to neck, with one of these 3 way switches. For the cost of one additional pickup and this switch, the range of tones is incredible.
I used to buy the pre-wired version, but find this un-wired version more convenient. Actually I remove this small length of wire and wire the PUs, Pots and Earth directly.

I prefer these to the open style 3 way switch. Rugged construction, enclosed case protects the inner workings and keeps dust and debris out. Excellent price, just compare to the Gibson style ones.
