The BK2000 humbucker will rock your socks off! This pickup is a quad rail that tests at 18 kilohms that will fit your next 3, 4, or 6 string builds. New Favorite Pickup

All of my CBG builds are electric...not acoustic. So I'm not really looking for that "traditional" CBG sound. I want a sound that is versatile. It needs to run the gamut from acoustic to Brit, from country to rock, with just a little metal thrown in.
This is the pickup that covers it all. Previously, the two-blade hum bucker has been my "go-to" pickup, but recently I gave the 4-blade a test drive, and WOW!
I have a really nice Gretch hollow-body, and this pickup delivers a sound that rivals anything that I get from the Gretch. I highly recommend it.

BK2000 Quad Humbucker

This pick up is dynamite. I have built over 200 GBG's and for the last 60 have settled on the 750 holler. This has worked very well for me. So I decide to try a BK200 with split coil. This is a really lively pickup which responds well to the split coil, tone knob, and the setting on my amp. I sell 90% of my guitars at craft fairs. I will have to be very careful with the volume when demonstrating this one. Thankfully I fitted this to a box with a 3/8" lid. Thankfully, because I think this might over power a thin top. I bought two more in the sale and may try a thinner top. Has anyone else tried this in a thinner box?

I bought a cigar box guitar with this pickup already installed and it’s amazing!! Sounds great clean but I can also throw tons of gain at the guitar with little to no feedback. I was so impressed that I’m buying a second pickup to install on my Gretsch honey dipper resonator guitar so I can get that same high gain blues sound on my full size resonator.
