Sorry, this item didn't work for me. I'm sure it would work great in combination with one of the preamps offered by MGB, but with the stock Fender preamp, all it does is buzz unless I hold onto the cord. Potential is there, as when I am holding the cord and hit the strings, it gives a good balanced tone. I just wish it didn't buzz. Seems like it needs grounded or shielded, but I don't see a provision for that.

I bought this cable piezo to use with the tuner preamp assembly and baritone ukulele kit and it sounds great. I knew already that I’d need to deepen the saddle slot and sand down the saddle, but really did not take long and at same attained great action for a ukulele.

I use these on my mountain dulcimers. They are well received by professional and serious amateur musicians.
