I'm just starting Cigar Box Guitar #201. I used to use the pre-wired harnesses, but found that I still needed to shorten the wiring occasionally, and solder the pickup to to harness. So I decides it would be cheaper and easier to wire the guitar myself. I have use several dozen of these pots now, along with the volume pot. They work well and without problem.
