Bought this for my travel guitar which just had a piezo before and needed a pickup that could handle a bit of gain. It surprised me how good it sounds, I have guitars with very expensive pickups and this sounds fantastic clean and really unique and raw with some gain (up to Ac/Dc, Aerosmith type rock). Very pleasing sound, not for high gain as it starts to squeal for that.

Installed on my Dobro. I hot glued it to the aluminum cover and used double sided tape to hold it about 1/4 inch below the fret board. Sounds amazing with deep dark lows and crispy highs.

great bridge pickup. Strong enough to mount under top and still drive an amp.
