Includes one set right and one set left. Nickel plated with white pearloid knobs. Bushings and screws are included, 15 to 1 gear ratio. Shafts are .25 diameter and spaced one inch apart,

Just what I needed.

I will note- I did not use the product 100% as intended. I only needed to replace one of the tuning pegs and mechanisms rather than the entire assembly, so I popped one from the full set, and switched it out. Worked like a charm!

For other fender players, THIS MECHANISM IS TOO BIG FOR YOUR MANDOLIN. But- if you're looking to do an unconventional swap like I did, it will be perfect! In my photo- the replaced tuner is the one on the bottom left.
