Make sure you check the label on the template. It could say 19.1 erroneously. All the slots are correct, but that label is wrong. It won’t be a problem unless you think you have designed a 19.1 inch guitar and it’s actually longer. That’s what I did. (Everything screwed down and strung up...no chance for intonation) The other scale labels are correct. There is a tiny bit of movement on the pin when you use a miter box like in this movie. I just put a little pressure in the same direction on each cut and it comes out perfect. Making the miter box makes this a super time saver!
