Kit includes everything needed to complete this attractive 5 string instrument. Available with gold hardware.

Included are:

11 1/2” x 6 3/4" x 2 1/2" box that is reinforced, fully machined and ready for assembly.

25.5 inch scale MGB Special Neck , available with Maple or Rosewood fret boards with side and face markers. The neck is predrilled for 5 tuners.

MGB Gold Hot Tuna with 500k push pull pot harness soldered, tested and ready to install. This allows switching between single coil and humbucker operation.

Gold tuners, Single Shot Bridges, strap pins and knobs.

Pack of .010, .013, .017, .026 and .036 strings. Tune to GDGBG.

Neck mounting hardware.

The wise man 5 string.

When I saw the kit on the sight I was floored...thinking 5 strings tuned to G ....... Keith Richards and a slew of other folks too I had to have it.i took everything out of the box and everything was there. More excited it was a four bolt on neck. So I started building it up no more the a couple hours taking my time it was done. With alittle tweek here and there and some gold box corners it's beautiful.. looks good plays good!!! Had to adjust the truss rod to get the action right on and set the intonation. Plugged it I and played stones all afternoon. If your just getting Into building cbgs get yourself this kit or the zoomy was a fun build...I've been building for 15 years now..I've got mostly good tools to do the job . Fretting jig . With templates and saw. Fret press .band saw hand sander and belt sander table saw router and table . The list goes on.. sorry got off topic... I love Mike's products añd kits..
