Consider that the average quality pickup is between $100 and $300. This pickup is unbelievable for the price, which is almost free. It sounds good. It is a bit microphonic, but again this is $10!! If it was $50, I might give it 3 stars, but in the world of $10 pickups, this is the king. Would I put it in a boutique guitar? No. Would I put this in a cigar box or other rustic instrument? Without hesitation!

This is my go to pickup. No matter what type of guitar I build I know this will look and sound good. I don't like putting on the pole type because I think it just looks like I'm missing something. This also has a great sound and multiple ways to hookup.

I was quite pleasantly surprised after I installed this little *beauty*.
I had another, similar pick-up, which actually sounded pretty good, but this one tops the first one: nice, warm, but, *crunchy* sound! -- in fact, I'm buying another one for the neck position!
