These necks are the same necks used in the MGB Baritone Ukulele kits and are excellent for any build where you want a 20 inch scale. They come with the tuners and nut, so you’re getting a great value for the price. The hanger bolt design makes for a quick and easy installation. They work pretty good with the MGB Easy Box platform. Note here: the fretboard does overhang the box and will partially hang over the sound hole on the Easy Box. It won’t interfere with the sound quality, but if you’re planning to use some kind of sound hole cover, you’ll need to compensate. The easiest solution I’ve found is to remove the last fret and saw the fretboard at that point. You could pair this neck with a MGB pickup and make yourself a sweet little electric baritone uke. There is also a version of this neck that’s specifically drilled with tuner holes and equipped with a nut for three string instruments. So many options are available with this neck that the only real limitations are your imagination.
