String slots on nut are filed MGB Hot Tuna black pickup with push pull harness allows you to go from single coil to humbucker.  Black knobs, tuners, bridge, strap pins, jack plate and Sapelli back cover. Build your own 50s retro cbg using the new Zoomy box from MGB. Easy to assemble and totally customizable. Can be used for 3,4 or 6 string guitars. Made primarily for use with bolt on necks and works perfectly with MGB Easy Necks, Super Necks and the Super Sixer Neck. Since the box is not symmetrical around the center line, it is recommended that you use a neck template to help locate the bridge.   Can also be used for a U Bass.  The top can be easily modified to accept your favorite pickup.  There is no limit on what can be used on the top surface; paint, stain, laminates, veneers or just about any type of art you like. Amazon sells a wide selection of colorful pick guard materials that are the perfect size. We suggest using contact cement to secure the laminate.  Secure the top plate to the body ring using the screws provided. Make sure the body is pressed into the ring well resting on the flange. Install the neck and electronics then secure the back plate in place.  Kit includes: Machined and ready to finish top and bottom pine plates.  Predrilled oak neck bolt block.  Formed and predrilled aluminum body ring. Available with chrome or gold hardware Included are: 10” x 7" x 2 1/2" box that is fully machined, reinforced and ready for assembly. 25.5 inch scale MGB Super Neck Rosewood and Maple fretted neck predrilled for 4 tuners. Neck reinforcement plate is included. Includes zero fret and 4 string spacer. The zero fret method does not use a nut. The strings rest on the first fret called the zero fret. The string spacer keep the strings spaced properly and prevents them from sliding. MGB Micro Pup and cover Gold or Chrome tuners, bridge, strap pins and back cover. Includes a chrome surface jack plate. Includes a 4 pack of .013, .017, .026 and .036 strings.
