Included are: 11" x 7" x 2.5"  colorful box that is fully machined, reinforced and ready for assembly. 24 inch scale Okume and Maple Deluxe Easy Neck predrilled for  three or four tuners. Neck reinforcement plate is included. String slots on nut are filed but may require minimal adjustments after assembly. Powered by an MGB 4.0 Mini Box Bucker pickup. Pickup is pre-soldered to harness and ready for easy installation. Includes tuners, knobs and strap pins. Resonator cone, cover, biscuit bridge with several shims for final action adjustment. Includes a 3 pack of .013, .017 .026 or .013, .017 .026 and .036 strings. Use a 7/16" socket or wrench to tighten hanger bolt and and 10 mm socket or wrench to tighten tuner ferules.     

This floating Rosewood bridge allows total flexibility in bridge placement. Dimensions are 3 1/2 by 1 1/8 inches and .35 inches tall. The length of the fret wire is 2.4, Suitable for 3,4 and 6 string builds. Can be easily glued in place once optimal location is determined.

Available in chrome, black or antique brass finishes.  Included are: 10" x 6.5" x 2.5"  colorful box that is fully machined, reinforced and ready for assembly. 24 inch scale Okume and Maple fretted neck predrilled for three tuners. Neck reinforcement plate is included. String slots on nut are filed but may require minimal adjustments after assembly. Powered by an MGB 750 pickup. Pickup is pre-soldered to harness and ready for easy assembly. Includes tuners, knobs and strap pins, Includes a jack plate and back cover plate. Includes a 3 pack of .013, .017 and .026 strings. This kit does include a box. This kit includes all the items needed to build a 20 (see note below on intonation) inch scale electric U-Bass. The neck is made of Okume and the fret board and bridge are made of Walnut. The boxes are made from Sapele and well reinforced for this application. Polyurethane strings are provided as well as a bone nut that is fitted to the strings. The neck includes a preinstalled hanger bolt for mounting to the box.  The heavy duty tuners are made specifically for this type of instrument. Unlike other tuners  you will need to disassemble the tuner to install it in head stock. Remove the screw, gear and axle before installing the tuner body. Reassemble and and add washer and ferrule. Tighten with a 15mm wrench. Normal string winders will not work and we suggest you use our 24010 winder which will accommodate the oversized knobs on these tuners. Due to the mass and size of the strings we have found that a scale length of 20.3 inches works better for intonation. The strings are anchored on the bridge using knots on the inside of the box. The bridge can be glued to the box however we prefer using screws and finish washers.  The electronics package includes a compensated piezo pickup, preamp/equalizer, tuner and battery box.  Openings for the preamp and battery box are included. The battery box uses two 2032 (not included) round batteries which are installed positive side up. A plug will need to be installed in the jack for the tuner to operate. Tune to EADG. Special note: As the strings are soft and the leading edge of the nut is quite sharp, oftentimes the strings will bind on the nut and the gears will grind till they fail. This template is used to create and opening for our flush mount jacks. It is also helpful in locating holes for pots.

The Easy Fretter is a pre loaded and ready to go fretboard that is sized to fit the 2 inch material found at the big box stores. It is made from Rosewood.  Ultra smooth satin finished composite fretboard 25 1/2 inch scale 19 3/8 inches long 1 1/2 inches wide  .24 inch thick 13 Frets on Diatonic  Zero fret installed  Zero fret is .020 taller than other frets Rosewood string spacer included for either 3 or 4 strings Use woodworking glue to secure the fretboard to the neck. Strongly encourage using a clamping caul to help keep the neck and fret board straight. The string spacers mount at the end to keep the strings aligned. 

Kit includes box, neck, reinforcement plate and back cover plate. The attractive box which measures 9 x 8 1/2 by 2 1/4 inches has a faux rosewood finish and is predrilled for neck and cover plate. The kit is available in 3 and 4 string versions. The box is long enough to allow use of standard hardtail bridges. The neck is a Deluxe Easy Neck with Rosewood fretboard. It is a 24 inch scale neck with 22 frets. This kit is ready for you to add your favorite tuners, electronics, strings and hardware. Neck includes spacer to lift the fretboard to allow the strings to pass over the Mini Box Bucker covers. You might want to use a shim on your bridge as well.
