MGB Guitars is proud to introduce their Bigfoot Easy Box enclosure. This innovative enclosure has two sides with two distinct uses. One with a sound hole and one with a Bigfoot sound hole. This box was designed and built using the same principles used in acoustic instrument construction. The box is built using purfling and braces to create an incredibly strong and rigid structure. Additional reinforcements were added to key locations to allow when securing bridges. Cover plates are available to cover the sound hole.  Measuring  9 3/4 inches by 7 inches and 2 1/2 thick the box is made from thin ply with a top veneer of Sapele. IT comes in two versions one is unfinished and the other has several coats of spray finish. This box provides a perfect canvass for creating your own piece of musical art. Roughly 7 inches by 9.75 inches Approximately 2 1/2 inches deep Acoustic side includes 2 3/8 inch sound hole The box head is a full 5/8 thick Multiply construction with Sapele veneer   .

Kit includes everything needed to complete this attractive 3/4 string instrument. Included are: 9 1/2" x 7 1/4" x 2" box that is fully machined, reinforced and ready for assembly. 24 inch scale Easy Neck Rosewood and Okume fretted neck predrilled for 3/4 tuners. Neck reinforcement plate is included. String slots on nut are filed Hot Rail pickup with harness installed. Push/pull switch on tone pot allows selecting between single coil and humbucker.  Mounting hardware and knobs. Black tuners, bridge, strap pins and back cover. Includes a black jack plate. Includes of .013,  .017, .026 or .013,  .017, .026 and .036 strings. <p>Black fret markers are 1/4 inch in diameter. Easy to install. Mark locations for markers. Drill shallow hole using 1/4 inch flat bottom or brad point drill bit. Test drill depth on a scrap piece of wood. Glue markers in place using super glue. Carefully sand to finished height.
